What happened??

My client was struck head on by another vehicle in downtown Memphis. My client barely saw it coming. The violent impact caused fractures of one of her legs, and one arm, and serious contusions (bruising) all over.

Her medical bills exceeded $45,000, and she missed valuable time from her job.

I was able to recover all the insurance money the other driver had within a couple months.

Additionally, I recovered additional money for her husband who was not in the accident.

This is called "loss of consortium." The client did not know this was possible.

Next, I worked with my client's own insurance company and they have sent additional money that my clients had not been told was even available to them.

Finally, I was able to negotiate the amount paid back to health insurance companies down significantly. This is called "Subrogation." Be careful, this can bite you if you do not know it is there.

These clients and I are now friends. They were nice enough to allow me to share these details, and I appreciate that. Call me if you would like to discuss your case.
